摘  要:以脂肪族多元醇、苯甲酸为原料,以氢氧化钾为催化剂,二甲苯为带水剂,合成了3个多元醇苯甲酸酯增塑剂。考察了催化剂、带水剂及投料配比对反应的影响。得到优化的反应条件为:n(多元醇羟基):n(苯甲酸)=1.00:1.05,催化剂用量为1%,二甲苯为带水剂,210~220℃回流带水反应至基本无水带出,在该条件下产物收率为97.7%~99.1%。产物结构经FTIR、~1HNMR、UPLC-MASS确证。Polyol benzoate platiczer was synthesized by the reaction of polyol with benzoic acids using KOH as a catalyst and xylene as a water-carrying agent. Types of catalyst, water-carrying agent and different mole ratios of raw materials were selected to investigate their impacts on the resulted yield. The optimum synthesis condition was found as follows: The mole ratio of benzoic acid to polyol was 1.05 : 1.00; the mass ratio of catalyst to benzoic acid was 1.0%; xylene was used as a water-carrying agent; the reaction temperature was 210 - 220℃; refluxed untill no water was taken out. Under the above conditions, the optimal esterification rate was 97.7 - 99.1% as a result. The structures of yielded compounds were confirmed by FTIR, ^1HNMR and UPLC-MASS.
