摘　　要：在使用钙锌稳定剂生产PVC型材时会产生析出物,析出物会影响生产的稳定性,造成极大的浪费。使用低润滑的钙锌稳定剂会减少析出物的产生,但同时会造成产品颜色偏黄偏绿,需要在配方中添加适量的润滑剂;华之杰塑料建材有限公司发明的预冷却装置,可以在确保型材质量的同时,有效减少析出物的产生,延长了生产的持续时间。Educts, resulted from the production of PVC-U profiles by use of calcium/zinc stabilizers, will affect the stability of production and cause a great waste. The use of low lubricated calcium/zinc stabilizers will reduce the yield of educts but cause the product color to be yellowing and green so that a proper amount of lubricant is needed to add in the formula. The precooling device invented by the Huazhijie Plastics Building Material Co., Ltd., can not only reduce the production rate of the educts but prolong the producing duration time while ensuring the quality of the profiles.
