摘  要:少数民族地区双语教育师资培养工作在我国开展多年,虽然积极有效地推进双语教育师资培养,但仍面临着许多问题。论文考察了欧洲语言教师培养的理论背景及培训模式,特别介绍了整合内容的语言教学模式(CLIL),力图为培养少数民族语言教师的必要技能、学科综合知识、双语能力以及提高教师的专业发展等提供借鉴和可移植性模式。Bilingual teacher education in minority areas has been carried out in China for many years, but the positive and effective promotion of bilingual teacher education still faces many problems. This paper investigates the theoretical background of the European language teacher training and the training modes, especially introduces the content and language integration learning(CLIL) mode, in an attempt to develop minority language teachers in terms of necessary skills, subject comprehensive knowledge, bilingualism, and to provide reference and portability for improving the teachers' professional development.
