摘  要:城市双修的背景下,不同城市针对"城市病"采取不同的治理方式,济宁市是典型的煤炭资源型城市,既具有资源型城市所具有的共性问题,也存在其个性问题。济宁市正处于城市转型期,采煤塌陷区的生态修复对城市转型产生重要影响,基于济宁市采煤塌陷地的独特性,以环城生态绿带规划为抓手,加强城市生态修复功能,修补城市绿地空间,探索城市双修背景下济宁市采煤塌陷区生态系统重建的新方式,形成"一环八水绕济宁、十二明珠映古城"特色水城风貌,以期为济宁城市转型提供契机并能为其他资源型城市提供参考。Under the background of Renovation And Restoration, different cities adopt different ways to treat "urban disease". Jining City is a typical coal resource-based city, which has the common problem and the personality problem of resource-based cities. Jining city is in the urban transition period. The ecological restoration of coal collapse area has an important impact on the urban transformation. Green belt around city as an action which will strengthen the function of Renovation And Restoration, explore new ways to rebuild the ecological system in the coal-mining collapse area of Jining City. Forming the characteristics of the water city. In order to provide an opportunity for the transformation of Jining and provide reference for other resource-based cities.
