摘　　要：非历史街区的历史地段一直面临政策和经济方面的难题,使得历史地段的整体风貌被破坏,历史地段碎片化的问题显而易见。本文以长影旧址历史地段为例,探讨了以风貌协调为重心的历史地段建筑保护与更新策略。通过对建筑现状进行分类分析,保护拥有良好历史价值建筑,拆除质量较差建筑,并通过对不同种类建筑的色彩、外表皮、细部装饰、广告牌等风貌规划控制,使历史地段建筑整体风貌和谐统一。The historical areas of nonhistorical blocks have always faced difficulties in policies and economics, which have caused the destruction of the historical landscape and the problem of fragmentation of historic sites. This paper takes the historical area of Changchun Film Studio as an example to discuss the strategies of architecture protection and renewal centering on architecturestyle coordination. Through the classification and analysis of architectural actuality, buildings with good historic values are protected, poor-quality buildings are demolished.Through the planning and control of thecolor, outer skin,decorations, billboards, etc. of different types of buildings, the overall construction of historic lots is achieved. The style is harmonious and unified.
