摘 要:试验旨在研究益生菌对维生素K(V_(k))缺乏肉鸡骨骼健康的改善作用。试验选用360只爱拔益加肉仔鸡,采用3×2因子试验设计,分成6个处理组,每组3个重复。饲喂日粮中不添加益生菌或者添加500 g/t的枯草芽孢杆菌(BS)或凝结芽孢杆菌(BC),公、母鸡分栏饲养。所有处理组的日粮均不额外添加V_(ko)结果显示:在0~42日龄,添加BS和BC均有增加肉鸡日增重(P=0.078)和降低料重比(P=0.079)的趋势。添加BS增加了21日龄肉鸡的股骨和胫骨重以及42日龄胫骨重,两种益生菌均增加21日龄胫骨强度和钙量(P<0.05)。益生菌和性别对21日龄胫骨的灰分含量以及42日龄胫骨长度、灰分含量、钙量和磷量存在互作效应(P<0.05),对21日龄血清中骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)的含量也存在互作效应,饲喂BC的公鸡血清中BALP含量最高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,两种益生菌均增加了21日龄血浆中降钙素的水平,降低了42日龄血浆中甲状旁腺激素的含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加BS和BC通过调节钙磷代谢增加了V_(k)缺乏肉鸡胫骨的灰分和钙磷沉积,促进了骨骼的发育,从而提高了肉鸡生长性能。This study was conducted to investigate the effect of probiotics on bone health of broiler chickens fed vitamin K(_(K))-deficient diet. The trial was adopted 3×2 factorial arrangement and a total of 360 Arbor Acres chickens were randomly divided into six groups, with three replicates per group. The basal diet was supplemented without probiotic, or with 500 g/t of Bacillus subtilis(BS) or Bacillus coagulans(BC). The male and female chickens were separately reared. All diets were formulated without extra addition of V_(K). The results showed that dietary 500 g/t BS or BC was tended to increase the average daily gain(P=0.078) and decrease the feed conversion ratio(P=0.079) during 0 to 42 days of age. The addition with 500 g/t of BC was increased the weight of femur and tibia at 21 days of age as well as tibia weight at 42 days of age(P〈0.05). Both BS and BC were increased the tibia strength and calcium amount at 21 days of age(P〈0.05). Probiotics and genders had an interactive effect on the tibia ash content at 21 days of age and tibia length,ash content as well as the amount of calcium and phosphorus at 42 days of age(P〈0.05). They also showed interactive effects on the serum content of bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP) at 21 days of age(P〈0.05). The male broilers fed diet supplemented with 500 g/t of BC had the highest serum BALP level(P〈0.05). Both probiotics were increased the level of plasma calcitonin and decreased the content of plasma parathyroid hormone at 42 days of age(P〈0.05). In conclusion,dietary BS or BC could increase the deposition of tibia ash, calcium and phosphorus in V_(K)-deficient broilers by modulating the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, improve the bone development, and thereby enhance the growth performance.
