基于Excel嵌套函数实现高校师资信息的共享与转化

摘　　要：在高校师资信息管理工作中,不仅要及时、准确、全面掌握高校师资队伍数量、结构等基本情况,而且要利用已掌握的师资信息服务于高校师资管理的其他工作。高校师资管理工作中,如核实在职人员的身份等基本信息、通过教师的姓名等关键字段查找特定的信息、通过套打表形式建立教师档案表等工作均须对掌握的师资信息进行共享与转化。本文通过建立Excel嵌套函数对高校师资信息进行分析处理,实现了对师资信息的共享与转化,简化了操作程序,提高了工作效率。On the management of college teacher information, （such as quantity, structure etc. ） of university faculty in time, we should not only to gain a mastery of basic information and also to service the other work by using the basic information of teachers which has mastered. For example, verifying the basic information of the on-the-job faculty, looking up the specific information through the key field name of teachers, establishing the teacher archives through the table form, these all should share and transform the teacher information that we have mastered. This paper deals with the college teacher information by establishing the Excel nested function. It implements the processing of information sharing and transformation, which makes the operating procedures simpler and more effective.
