摘 要:对促进剂EZ/PPD/CZ/TETD并用体系在三元乙丙橡胶硫化过程中的作用机理进行分析。结果表明,促进剂并用体系在硫化过程中裂解出的胺起到促进剂和橡胶分子链间的活化作用,使得硫化反应易于进行;硫化逆反应发生在硫化后期,没有对硫化诱导期和热硫化期产生延迟作用,这也是硫化速率加快的原因之一。The action mechanism of blended accelerator EZ/PPD/CZ/TETD in the sulfur curing system of EPDM was analyzed. The results showed that the amine cracking from the blended accelerator systems during the curing process could activate the accelerator and rubber molecule chain,and facilitate the vulcanization reaction;the reverse reaction of the curing system took place in the later stage of vulcanization,and had no retardant effect on the induction and curing stages,which was one of the reasons for promoting the curing speed.
