摘  要:介绍了某食品加工厂新建配送中心的情况,运用定性分析和定量计算相结合的方式对各个功能区之间的综合关系进行分析,根据市场需求、物流运作和供求分析等因素确定配送中心主要作业区域的规模。使用系统布置设计方法对该企业新的配送中心各个作业区域进行科学的规划布局。运用Flexsim仿真软件对规划得到的配送中心平面区域布局进行模拟,建立配送中心验收区、流通加工区和分拣区等功能区域间的逻辑流程,在设置相关参数的基础上对仿真模型进行编译运行。综合分析仿真结果以实现对工作效率的预测及运作的优化,可以更好地为企业节约人力、资金和资源等成本。The current situation of a food processing plant in the original distribution center is introduced, using qualitative analy- sis and quantitative calculation to analyze the comprehensive relationship among the functional areas. Based on the factors of mar- ket demand, logistics, supply and demand analysis and other factors, the scale of the main working area of distribution center is determined. System layout design method is used to carry out scientific planning and layout for each operation area of the new dis- tribution center of the enterprise. Using Flexsim simulation software to simulate the layout of the distribution center plane area, the logic flow between the function area of distribution center acceptance area, circulation processing area, sorting area and other areas is established, and the parameters are set to realize the compiling and running of the simulation model. The simulation results are analyzed in order to realize the prediction of the working efficiency and the optimization of the operation and to save the manpow- er, capital and resources cost.
