摘　　要：针对传统电表生产线自动化程度不高、生产效率低及故障率高等问题,基于数字化工厂技术,设计了新型自动化生产线。以某公司V5.9智能电表生产线为例,对其进行建模与仿真分析,并提出相应的排产优化措施,对比生产线优化前后生产状况,验证了优化方案的有效性,说明数字化工厂技术在制造业领域具有良好的应用前景。Aiming at the problems of low automation degree,low production efficiency and high failure rate of the traditional pro- duction line of the electric meter, a new type of automatic production line is designed based on the digital factory technology. Tak- ing a V5.9 smart meter production line of a company as an example, conduct modeling and simulation analysis and put forward corresponding measures to optimize scheduling, compare before and after optimization of production conditions, verify the effec- tiveness of the optimization program and the good application prospect of digital factory technology in the field of manufacturing industry.
