摘 要:淬硬模具钢是一种典型的难加工材料,随着航空航天科技的发展,淬硬模具钢的应用领域越来越广泛。近年来,随着大功率超声振动技术的应用及其研究的不断进展,大量的试验研究表明,超声加工在淬硬材料加工方面,与传统的磨削加工和高速加工相比具有独特的优越性。主要对淬硬模具钢SKD61在进给方向一维超声振动铣削过程中的铣削力进行试验研究,研究结果表明:在机床转速、进给量、切深、步距和振幅这5个工艺参数中,振幅对铣削力的影响较为显著,这充分证明了超声振动加工在淬硬材料加工方面的优势。同时,通过单因素试验,获得了机床转速、进给量和切深对不同方向铣削力的影响规律。Hardened Mold Steel(HMS) is a sort of typical difficult-to-cut material. With the development of aerospace technolo- gy,hardened mold steel is becoming increasingly widespread. Recently, with the application of high power ultrasonic vibration technology and its research progress, ultrasonic machining of hardened materials processing showed unique advantages compared with traditional processing,which has verified by lots of experiments. Focuses on the milling force characteristics during one-di- mensional ultrasonic vibration assisted milling of hardened mold steel SKD61 and related experiments were carried out. Research results show that ultrasonic vibration amplitude has obviously influence on milling force, which further proves the advantages of ul- trasonic vibration assistance in the machining of hardened materials. Moreover, the influence rules of milling parameters such as rotating speed, feed rate, cutting depth on milling forces were clarified through factor experiments.
