摘  要:目的:建立舒肝丸中朱砂的ICP-OES含量测定方法。方法:采用硝酸-盐酸(3∶1)对舒肝丸进行微波消解,用ICP-OES法测定舒肝丸中朱砂的含量。结果:汞元素线性范围为0.05~40 mg/L,r=0.9999,大蜜丸回收率为101.9%,RSD%为1.6%(n=9),浓缩丸回收率为101.7%,RSD%为1.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法快速准确,操作简便,可用于舒肝丸中朱砂的含量控制。Objective: To establish a method for determination of Zhusha (cinnabar) in Shugan pills by ICP- OES. Methods: Microwave digestion with nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (3:1) was used in sample pretreatment, and ICP-OES was used to measure the contents of Zhusha (cinnabar) in Shugan Pills. Results: A good linear cor-relation of mercury was observed within the range of 0.05-40 mg/L (r=0.9999), the recoveries of big-honeyed pill was 101.9%, RSD% was 1.6% (n=9) and concentrated pill was 101.7%, RSD% was 1.4% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is feasible, accurate and stability, which can be used to control the content of Zhusha (cinnabar) in Shugan pills.
