内热式针灸针与推拿治疗髌下脂肪垫炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较内热式针灸针与推拿在髌下脂肪垫炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性髌下脂肪垫炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组行内热式针灸针治疗,对照组行推拿治疗,比较治疗前和治疗后VAS(疼痛视觉模拟评分)评分、治疗时间、治疗结束时及治疗结束后6个月的治疗效果,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组较对照组可明显缩短治疗时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗结束时治疗组总显效率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的56.7%,治疗结束6个月后随访显示治疗组总显效率(90.0%)高于对照组(76.7%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内热式针灸针治疗髌下脂肪垫炎效果好。Objective： To compare the clinical effect between internal heating acupuncture needle and mas-sage therapy in the treatment of subcutaneous fat pad inflammation. Methods： A total of 60 patients with prima- ry subcutaneous fat pad inflammation were randomly into two groups. The treatment group was treated with in- ternal heating acupuncture needle, while the control group was treated with massage therapy. The VAS （Pain Visual Analogue Scale） scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The treating time and outcome were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with the control group, the treat- ment group can obviously shorten the treatment time （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate in treatment group at the end of treatment （83.3%） was significantly higher than the control group （56.7%）, 6 months after the end of treatment follow-up showed that the total effective rate in treatment group （90.0%） was higher than the control group （76.7%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Internal heating acupuncture needle is a good method for the treatment of subcutaneous fat pad inflammation.
