摘  要:建立了GC-MS测定纺织品中短链氯化石蜡的方法,采用正己烷对样品进行提取,提取液浓缩后,再用GC-MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明,SCCPs在质量浓度5~30μg/m L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数0.995以上,方法检出限为10 mg/kg,在低、中、高三浓度水平的加标试验中,回收率在82.3%~106.9%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为3.41%~7.61%。该方法具有较低的检出限,以及较好的准确度和精密度,可用于生态纺织品中短链氯化石蜡的检测。The method of determining short-chain chlorinated paraffins in textiles by GC-MS is established. Samples are extracted by n-hexane under ultrasonic, the extract is concentrated and constant- volumed, then analyzed by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method. The results show that SCCPs have good linearship between 5N30 μg/mL, and the linearly dependent coefficients are all above 0.995. The detection limit of the method is 10 mg/kg. The recoveries of SCCPs in textiles at three levels which covers low, media and high concentration ranges are ranged from 82.3% to 106.9%, and the precisions are between 3.41% and 7.61%(RSD, n=6). The method has low detection limit, good accuracy and precision, and is suitable for testing SCCPs in textiles.
