椎体血管瘤的CT与MRI的影像学比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨椎体血管瘤的CT与MRI的影像学的应用价值。方法:在2015年8月至2017年3月选取所在科室200例椎体血管瘤患者的进行分析,采用随机数字法分为研究组和参照组,每组研究样本为100例,研究组采用MRI技术检查,参照组采用CT技术进行检查,对比两组患者的检出率以及影像学表现。结果:相对于参照组,研究组的检测结果检出率更高,P<0.05。结论:采用MRI技术对椎体血管瘤患者进行检查,可进一步的明确患者的病变特征,清楚的分析患者的影像学特征,可为临床诊断和治疗该病患者提供可靠的依据,值得临床借鉴。Objective： To analyze the clinical application value of CT and MRI examinations in the diagnosis of vertebral hemangioma. Methods： 200 patients with vertebral hemangioma checked from August 2015 to March 2017 in our department were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases each group. The study group received the MRI examination; the control group received the CT examination. The detection rate and imaging manifestations for two groups were compared. Results： The detection rate of vertebral hemangioma for study group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with vertebral hemangioma,the MRI examinations can clearly display the clinical characteristics and imaging manifestations,which it can provide the reliable basis in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of vertebral hemangioma. It shall be recommended in clinical practice.
