摘　　要：目的以"源头化管理"为切入点,消除射线探伤生产销售行业的辐射安全隐患,切实保障环境安全和公众健康,维护社会安定,同时促进行业产业健康发展。方法对射线装置生产销售企业分布、规模、管理制度、场所安全和防护、个人防护、售后回收等开展调研,找出存在的问题,提出适度的管理要求和有效对策。结果通过调研全国范围内辽宁丹东和湖北黄石两个X射线探伤机生产销售企业最为集中的区域,研究相关企业的涉及生产、销售、维修、调试、进口、转让等行为的规范。结论通过对现有管理各环节认真细致的分析,提出完善法律法规、强化日常监督管理、建立部门联动机制等切实可行的解决方案。Objective Taking the ＂source management＂ as the breakthrough point, eliminating the hidden danger of radia- tion safety in the production and sales industry of X - ray inspection, ensuring environmental safety and public health, maintai- ning social stability and promoting the healthy development of industry. Methods Based on the investigation of the distribu- tion, scale, management system, workplace safety, personal protection and recycling of the X - ray apparatus, try to find out the existing problems and put forward appropriate management requirements and effective countermeasures. Results Based on the investigation of the most concentrated enterprises in Dandong, Liaoning Province and Huangshi, Hubei Province, the relat- ed regulations on production, sales, maintenance, adjustment, import and transfer were studied. Conclusion Through careful and meticulous analysis of existing management links, some practical solutions, such as improving laws and regulations, strengthening daily supervision and management, establishing department linkage mechanism and so on, are proposed.
