摘　　要：1病例资料 患者,女,33岁,主因＂口服硝苯地平控释片100片4h＂急诊送入本院。患者自述源于4h前生气后自服硝苯地平控释片100片,出现颜面潮红、头晕、头痛、乏力、心悸、胸闷、憋气、低血压、嗜睡、恶心、呕吐。查体：体温36.6℃,脉搏140次/min,呼吸22次/min,血压76/45 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）。Nifedipine poisoning can reduce blood pressure and increase heart rate.Large dose of calcium can overcome the calcium channel block effect of nifedipine and increase the internal flow of calcium ions.It is a special antidote for nitrobenzene dipine poisoning.This article reports a case of nifedipine poisoning with a good prognosis after treatment with calcium gluconate.
