摘　　要：为引导和推动新型智库建设健康和战略性发展,建立具有中国特色话语体系的科学、合理、有效的智库评价体系显得尤其迫切与重要。中国特色新型智库评价体系是符合中国国情并与国际接轨的智库评价体系,其主要包括评价目标、评价主体、评价客体、评价标准、评价方法、评价指标、评价制度等核心要素,进而构建出具有中国特色的新型智库评价指标体系——"天井模型"。In order to guide and promote the healthy and strategic development of new-style Think Tank,it is particularly urgent and important to establish a scientific,rational,and effective Think Tank evaluation system with Chinese Characteristics. The new-style Think Tank evaluation system with Chinese characteristics not only conforms to China＇s national conditions,but also is in line with international standards. It mainly includes evaluation objectives,evaluation subjects,evaluation objects,evaluation criteria,evaluation methods,evaluation indicators,evaluation systems and other core elements,and then builds evaluation index System with Chinese characteristics-＂Tianjing Model＂.
