摘  要:为实现大辐照面积发散太阳模拟器的光轴调整,结合太阳模拟器光学系统的组成,提出了一种太阳模拟器光轴调整方法。首先分析了装调基准光轴的建立依据,设计了基准光轴的建立方法;其次提出了转向平面反射镜组、组合聚光镜和积分器组的装调方法;最后分析了倾斜调整结构设计原则与最佳支撑布置方式,基于等边三角形3点支撑形式,设计了转向平面反射镜组的光轴一致性误差补偿结构。装调后实验结果表明,太阳模拟器工作距离在20 000 mm处,光斑直径为1 540 mm,辐照强度为1 370 W/m2,辐照不均匀性为8.8%,满足太阳模拟器技术指标要求,为太阳模拟器光学系统提供一种装调思路。In order to realize the precise optical axis adjustment of a divergent solar simulator with large irradiation area,we put forward an adjustment method for a solar simulator with the combination of the optical system of a solar simulator. Firstly,we analyze the establishment basis of standard optical axis for adjustment and design the establishment method of the standard optical axis. Secondly,we propose the adjustment methods of veering reflective plane mirror group,composite condenser and optical integrator group. Finally,we analyze the design philosophy of tilting adjustment structure and optimal support arrangement form. According to the three-point support form of an equilateral triangle,we design an optical axis uniformity error compensation structure for the veering reflective plane mirror group. After the adjustment,experimental results show that when the working distance of a solar simulator is 20 000 mm,the spot diameter is 1 540 mm;the irradiation intensity is 1 370 W/m^2 and the irradiation non-uniformity is 8. 8%. The results meet the technical index requirements for thesolar simulator. Consequently,it provides an adjustment method for the optical system of a solar simulator.
