摘　　要：目的观察亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者血管内皮功能情况。方法选取90例亚临床甲减患者(疾病组)及60例健康体检者(对照组),检测并比较两组肱动脉内皮细胞依赖性舒张功能(EDD)、内皮细胞非依赖性舒张功能(NEDD)、血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)、血脂及血压水平。结果疾病组血浆NO、EDD及NEDD均低于对照组,而ET-1水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。疾病组TC、TG、SBP和DBP均高于对照组(P<0.01),两组LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与健康人群相比,亚临床甲减患者存在一定程度的血管内皮功能障碍;血管内皮功能检测可以为疾病的早期发现、疗效评估和预后判断提供参考。Objective To observe the vascular endothelial function in the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods Ninety patients with subclinical hypothyroidism（group A）and60 healthy people（group B）were selected.The endothelium-dependent relaxing function（EDD）,nonendothelium dependent dilatation（NEDD）,plasma nitric oxide（NO）,endothelin-1（ET-1）,blood lipid and blood pressure were measured and compared between two groups.Results Plasma NO level,EDD and NEDD were lower,while ET-1 level was higher,in group A than those in group B（P〈0.01）.The levels of TC,TG,SBP and DBP in group A were higher than those in group B（P〈0.01）,but there was no significant difference in the levels of LDL-C and HDL-C between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with healthy people,subclinical hypothyroidism patients have a certain degree of endothelial dysfunction.The detection of vascular endothelial function can provide a reference for early detection of the disease and the assessment of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.
