摘  要:孔板与缓冲罐均是通过消减气流脉动对振动起到一定抑制作用的装置,且二者常常组合使用。孔板的安装位置及缓冲罐的容积大小均对气流脉动有很大影响,然而相关研究却未见报道。鉴于此,本文对孔板安装在缓冲罐前、缓冲罐后、前后同时安装三种不同工况及两种不同容积大小的缓冲罐对气流脉动的影响分别进行了实验研究,研究结果表明:在缓冲罐后添加孔板对气流脉动的抑制作用总体效果最好,在缓冲罐前添加孔板则可以使缓冲罐后的管路气流脉动明显降低,而缓冲罐前后均加孔板与只在缓冲罐前添加孔板的作用效果相同;缓冲罐对压力脉动的影响相比孔板更加显著,其容积是决定作用效果的关键因素,而最小容积依据API-618给出的公式确定或利用Bentley PULS软件进行模拟计算较为合理。Both orifice plates and buffer tanks are devices that suppress vibration by reducing the airflow pulsation,which are often used in combination.Installation positions of the orifice plates and the volumes of the buffer tanks have a great influence on the airflow pulsation effect.However,the related research has not been reported.In view of this,this paper has carried out experimental research on the installation of the orifice plates in front of the buffer tank,after the buffer tank,and both ends,in addition,two buffer tanks with different volumes are also researched.The result shows that: the orifice plates installed after buffer tanks,the overall effect on the suppression of airflow pulsation is the best,installed before buffer tanks can make the pipe after the buffer tanks get better effect,and installed both ends,the effect is the same as that installed in front of the buffer tanks only.The influence of buffer tanks on pressure pulsation is more significant than that of orifice plates,and its volume is the key factor determining the effect.The minimum volume can be determined by the formula given by API-618,or using Bentley PULS software for simulation calculation.
