摘 要:加氢反应器裙座热箱结构对底封头与裙座连接处的应力影响较大,需采用有限元法进行详细的温度场与应力场分析。本文采用APDL语言建立了裙座热箱结构的有限元模型,分别对其在机械载荷、机械载荷与热载荷耦合作用下进行了应力分析,并按照JB 4732标准对关键位置进行了应力强度评定。计算结果表明温度场的施加对结构等效应力影响较大;直接施加地震、风以及偏心载荷产生的弯矩与施加弯矩产生的等效应力得出的结构总应力和应力线性化结果基本一致。计算的方法与结果为该类反应器裙座的设计提供了一定参考依据。The hot-box structure of hydrogenation reactor skirt has a significant impact on stress level of the bottom head and skirt juncture,the detailed temperature and stress fields shall be analyzed by finite element analysis(FEA) method.In this work,the finite element model of skirt hot-box structure was established using APDL language,the stress analysis was carried out under the mechanical load,thermal-mechanical coupling loads,respectively.The stress of the connecting region of the reactor was evaluated in accordance with the design code JB 4732.The calculation results indicated that thermal load has a significant influence on the structure equivalent stress,the total stress and stress linearization results of structure were consistent under bending moment load or equivalent stress caused by earthquake,wind,and eccentric loads.The calculation methods and results can provide some references for the design of such reactor skirt.
