摘　　要：目的探讨儿童睾丸内胚窦瘤的CT及MRI特征,提高诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的20例儿童睾丸内胚窦瘤的CT和MRI资料。其中行CT检查4例,3例行增强检查;行MRI检查16例,11例行增强检查。结果 20例病灶均单发,左侧睾丸12例,右侧睾丸8例,呈圆形或类圆形,边界清晰17例,模糊3例。CT平扫病灶均呈混杂密度包块,MRI平扫病灶T1WI呈等、等低或混杂信号;T12WI呈等、等高或稍高信号,CT及MRI增强扫描肿瘤实质部分不均匀强化明显。结论儿童睾丸内胚窦瘤的CT和MRI表现特殊,综合分析有助于提高术前诊断准确率。Objective To study the computed tomography（ CT） and MRI features of testicular endodermal sinus tumors in children and to improve diagnostic accuracy. Methods The findings of CT and MRI in 20 cases of testicular endodermal sinus tumors in children who had been confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. 4 cases underwent plain CT scan including 3 enhanced scanning. 16 cases underwent plain MRI scan including 11 enhanced scanning. Results All the lesions were single,12 cases occurred on the left side of the testicle and the other occurred in the right testicle,which were round or class round shape,with clear margins in 17 cases and vague in 3 cases. CT scan showed mixed density of the lesions,MRI scan showed iso-,hypo-intense or mixed signal on T1 WI and iso-,equal or slightly hyper intense signal on T12 WI. CT and MRI enhanced scan suggested obviously inhomogeneous in the substantial part of the tumor. Conclusion There are some inhomogeneous manifestations in CT and MRI for testicular endodermal sinus tumors in children,which is helpful to improve preoperative diagnosis accuracy.
