摘　　要：目的明确一次性球囊宫颈扩张器在计划分娩的有效性和安全性,科学指导临床,降低剖宫产率,减少围产儿和产妇并发症。方法选取湛江市妇幼保健院2014年1月1日—2015年12月31日在单胎头位足月妊娠初产妇,无其他内外科合并症和妊娠并发症、无阴道分娩禁忌症产妇,按产妇进入产程先后顺序,随机分为实验组与对照组。观察两组产程进展情况、分娩方式、母婴并发症及结局,用统计学方法进行显著性检验分析。结果实验组第一产程和总产程均比对照组短,剖宫产率比对照组低,产后出血、新生儿窒息和新生儿死亡率均与对照组无明显差异。结论采用"爱婴TM一次性球囊宫颈扩张器"辅助足月妊娠计划分娩,能有效促宫颈成熟,缩短产程时间、降低剖宫产率,引产成功率高,无明显不良反应,有效降低母婴风险。Objective To clarify the efficacy and safety of disposable ball sac cervical dilator in planning delivery,to guide clinical practice,to reduce the rate of cesarean section,and to reduce perinatal and maternal complications. Methods The first trimester of single birth was selected,and the women were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order in which the mother entered the birth procedure,without other complications of internal surgery and pregnancy,and without the contraindication of vaginal delivery. To observe the progress of labor,delivery mode,complications and outcomes of mothers and infants in the two groups,and to use statistics to conduct significant test and analysis. Results The first labor course and total birth course were shorter than the control group,the caesarean section yield was lower than that of the control group,and the postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and neonatal death were not significantly different from those of the control group. Conclusion The use of the ＂baby-friendly TM disposable ball sac cervical dilator＂to assist the full moon pregnancy delivery plan can effectively promote cervical maturation,shorten the labor time,reduce the cesarean section rate,have a high success rate of induced labor,and have no obvious adverse reactions. It can effectively reduce mother and child.
