应用推按运经仪预防和治疗碎石后石街的护理

摘　　要：目的研究应用推按运经仪预防和治疗碎石后石街的护理方法及效果。方法 150例体外冲击波碎石后的肾结石患者采用推按运经仪治疗,并在应用推按运经仪治疗前、治疗中、治疗后采用针对性的护理,观察治疗效果。结果本组150例患者经过1个疗程的治疗,其中140例结石顺利通过输尿管排出体外,仅有10例患者发生石街,通过2个疗程治疗也取得了较好的效果。结论应用推按运经仪并于治疗前、中、后采用针对性的护理,可有效地防治石街的发生。Objective To research the nursing method and effect on the prevention and treatment of steinstrasse after lithotripsy by application of meridian-pressing instrument. Methods A total of 150 patients with renal calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were treated with meridian-pressing instrument. And targeted nursing was applied before, during and after treatment with meridian-pressing instrument. The clinical effect was observed. Results 150 patients in this group underwent 1 course of treatment, among them, 140 cases of stones were successfully expelled through the ureter. Only 10 patients had steinstrasse, and good results had been achieved through 2 courses of treatment. Conclusion The application of meridian-pressing instrument and targeted nursing before, during and after treatment can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of steinstrasse.
