摘　　要：目的研究50%硫酸镁外敷联合光热治疗仪对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结(红肿)的作用。方法 96例肌注罂粟碱出现皮肤硬结(红肿)患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。治疗组患者给予50%硫酸镁外敷联合光热治疗仪治疗,对照组患者给予50%硫酸镁外敷治疗。比较两组患者治疗1、2、6 d末临床效果。结果 96例患者因原发疾病死亡5例,其中治疗组3例,对照组2例;住院未达到6 d 5例,其中治疗组4例,对照组1例未完成治疗,其余86例完成治疗。治疗组患者治疗1、2、6 d末临床效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.109、2.161、2.126,P<0.05)。结论 50%硫酸镁外敷联合光热治疗仪对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结的治疗作用强于单纯使用50%硫酸镁外敷。Objective To research the effect of scleroma（swelling） induced by intramuscular injection of papaverine by 50% Magnesium Sulfate external application combined with photothermal therapy instrument. Methods 96 scleroma（swelling） patients induced by intramuscular injection of papaverine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The treatment group was given 50% Magnesium Sulfate external application combined with photothermal therapy instrument, the control group was given 50% Magnesium Sulfate for external treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were compared at the end of 1, 2 and 6 d. Results In 96 patients, 5 cases died from primary disease, of which 3 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group, 5 patients were hospitalized for less than 6 days, including 4 cases in the treatment group, 1 case in the control group, and the rest of the 86 cases completed the treatment. The clinical effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group at the end of 1, 2 and 6 d, and the differences were statistically significant（Z=2.109, 2.161, 2.126, P0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of 50% Magnesium Sulfate external application combined with photothermal therapy instrument in the treatment of scleroma induced by intramuscular injection of papaverine is better than simple use of 50% Magnesium Sulfate external application.
