摘　　要：异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚是一种绿色环保的非离子表面活性剂,是作为取代壬基酚类表面活性剂的最佳替代品。本文探讨了异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的聚合原理及合成工艺对产品结构的影响,通过红外谱图、理化指标及应用性能将自产产品与进口同类产品比较,确定本文提出的合成工艺制得的自产产品具有泡沫低重复性好的特点。Iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether is an environmentally friendly non-ionic surfactant which is the best substitute for polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether.The polymeric principle of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and the effect of synthetic process on the structure of the product were discussed. The characterization of prepared product by infrared spectrum,physicochemical indexes and application performance indicated that the product had lower foam height and better repeatability of synthetic process than like products.
