摘 要:ATP装置至2013年8月投入运行以来,先后对烟气冷却器、布袋除尘器进行技术改造,使装置的运行周期由几天延长至近3个月。但是,页岩处理量始终在140 t/h,远远没有达到设计要求的230 t/h。如何突破技术壁垒,接近或达到设计要求是整个运行的核心任务。本文就处理量低的原因进行分析,并提出了增加烟气余热锅炉的方案,来解决页岩处理量低这一难题。Since the ATP device was put into operation in August 2013, technical renovation of flue gas cooler and bag house filter has been carried out successively, and the operating cycle of the device has been extended from a few days to nearly three months. However, the processing capacity of shale is always at 140 t/h, and does not reach the 230 t/h of the design requirement. Then, the core task of the whole operation is how to break through technical barriers to meet design requirements. In this paper, the causes of low processing capacity were analyzed, and a plan to apply the flue gas waste heat boiler was put forward to solve the problem of low shale processing capacity.
