摘 要:目的科学设计医院管理流程,有效应对当前医院面临着降本增效及提高运营透明度的外部压力。方法分析当前医院流程管理现状,明确端到端的概念,开展流程设计、IT软件固化、流程绩效分析等。结果通过流程绩效分析,最终得出了应用流程管理软件前后效果的对比分析。结论流程管理需有依靠一套软件来实现绩效分析,更是一场只有起点没有终点的管理变革,需医院持续改进。Objective The hospital management process is designed in a scientific way to effectively cope with the external pressure of reducing costs and increasing efficiency and improving operation transparency. Methods Analyze the current situation of hospital process management, define the end-to-end concept, and carry out process design, IT software solidification, process performance analysis, etc. Results Through process performance analysis, a comparative analysis of the effects before and after application of process management software is obtained. Conclusion Process management needs to rely on a set of software to achieve performance analysis, and it is also a management reform with no end point and only a starting point, which requires continuous improvement of hospitals.
