摘　　要：本文以贯彻执行中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会提出的加快建设美丽中国的奋斗目标和新宪法关于生态文明建设等战略部署和要求为着眼点,结合核能行业的现状和特点,分析了发展核电与生态文明建设的关系,加强核安全监管与建设和谐美丽中国的关系,坚持核电"走出去"与共建人类命运共同体的关系,指出了核能发展中存在的主要问题,并提出了解决问题的一些建议。Based on the goals about building beautiful China in 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC） and requirements about strategic development of the construction of ecological civilization in the New Constitution,the topics about nuclear safety development are analyzed in this paper.Considering the current situations and characteristics of nuclear energy,the relationship between the nuclear power development and the ecological civilization construction,the relationship between enhancing nuclear safety regulation and building beautiful China,and the relationship between＂going-out＂strategy of nuclear industry and jointly building a Community of Common Destiny for All Mankind are discussed.This paper describes some of the main problems existed in the development of nuclear energy,and some suggestions for solving the problems are promoted accordingly.
