摘 要:目的比较磁共振多回波采集重度T2WI三维梯度回波序列(ESWAN)与磁共振常规组合序列在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)出血检出率中的效果。方法采用磁共振组合序列(T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR)及ESWAN序列,检测56例HIE患儿出血例数、不同分度HIE出血的检出例数及HIE出血灶个数,比较二者对HIE出血检出率、检出个数的差异。结果 ESWAN及磁共振组合序列对轻度HIE检出率有显著差异;二者对HIE出血灶个数的检出存在显著差别,ESWAN序列显著优于常规MRI序列。结论 ESWAN序列对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病出血检出率显著高于磁共振常规序列,可作为HIE出血诊断的辅助手段。Objective To compare the effect of ESWAN and routine MRI sequences in the detection rate of hemorrhage in children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy( HIE). Methods MRI sequences( T1WI,T2WI and FLAIR) and ESWAN sequence were used to detect the hemorrhagic cases,the number of HIE with different degrees and hemorrhagic foci in children with HIE,and detection rate and detected number were compared. Results There was significant differences in detection rate of mild HIE between MRI sequences and ESWAN. ESWAN was significantly better than routine MRI sequences in detecting number of hemorrhagic foci. Conclusion ESWAN has a higher detection rate of hemorrhage than routine MRI sequences,which can be used as an important auxiliary mean for diagnosis of HIE.
