超越离合器楔角α容差与尺寸公差等级关系分析

摘  要:通过对滚柱超越离合器的楔角α容差与相关尺寸公差之间的关系分析,发现楔角α容差与尺寸公差等级之间存在以1.6为底的指数关系,即楔角α容差每扩大1.6倍,尺寸公差就可以下降一个等级,反之亦然;通过楔角α容差与尺寸公差等级转换实例发现,离合器结构尺寸的大小对楔角α容差的设计有较大的影响,相同尺寸公差等级情况下,较大的结构尺寸可以选择较小的楔角α容差。By analyzing the relationship between the wedge angle tolerance of the roller overrunning clutch and the relevant dimensional tolerances, it is found that there is an exponential relationship of 1.6 between the wedge angle tolerance and the dimensional tolerance grade, i.e., the wedge angle tolerance is increased for each 1.6 times, dimensional tolerances can be reduced by one level, and vice versa. Through examples of wedge angle tolerance and dimensional tolerance class transition, it is found that the size of the clutch structure has a greater influence on the design of the wedge angle tolerance. In the case of the same size tolerance class, smaller wedge angle tolerances can be selected for larger dimension structure.
