摘 要:为解决当前清除油管内壁水垢和腊费用高、工序繁琐的问题,提出了一种油管除垢清蜡装置。该装置采用钢丝绳起、下,地面高压泵打压,螺杆马达带动铣锥旋转切削水垢或蜡的方法,实施对油管内壁的清理,压力液将碎屑循环出井口。地面试验取得了良好的效果,该技术降低了费用,减少了工作量,具有推广前景。In order to solve the problems of high cost and complicated procedures for removing the scale and wax from the inner wall of the oil pipe, a descaler and dewaxing device is proposed. The device adopts a steel wire rope tripping device. The high-pressure pump on the ground presses and the screw motor drives the tapered mill to rotate the scale or wax, and the inner wall of the oil pipe is cleaned. The pressure fluid circulates the debris out of the wellhead. The ground test has achieved good results. The technology has reduced the cost and the workload and has the promotion prospect.
