摘　　要：香港建筑市场的承包工程分两大类:一是政府公共工程;二是私人工程。其中政府公共工程必须得到港府发展局核准的牌照,承包商才能前往投标。所以,香港政府对注册承包商进行了相当严格的管理。所谓注册承包商,即为申请获准并列入香港发展局名册的承包商。这样的承包商分别划分为A、B、C三个等级,也即取得A、B、C三级牌照。There are two main types of contracting projects in the Hong Kong construction market：the government public projects and private projects. The public works of the government must obtain the licenses approved by the Hong Kong Government Development Bureau before the contractors can bid. Therefore, the Hong Kong government has conducted very strict management of registered contractors. The so-called registered contractor is a contractor who has applied for permission to be listed on the Hong Kong Development Council. Such contractors are divided into A, B and C grades, that is, they obtain A, B, and C licenses.
