摘　　要：阐述BIM的概念以及技术核心,强调了动态数据交换和资源整合管理的重要性。并以澳大利亚珀斯儿童医院的建设项目为例,详细论述了建筑物决策、设计、施工建造过程中工程造价的确定与控制中BIM技术的应用价值,同时进一步论证了施工企业造价管理的核心,即灵活运用BIM软件加强项目建设全过程的质量、造价控制。Explains the concept and technical cores of BIM, and emphasizes the great importance of dynamic data exchange and resource integration management. Taking the construction project of Perth Children＇s Hospital in Australia as an example, describes the application value of BIM in project cost determine and control during the process of deciding, designing and constructing, etc in detail,and further demonstrated the core of construction enterprise＇s project cost management, that is, flexibly using various BIM software to enhance the quality and cost control during the whole construction process.
