摘 要:随着城市地下物流系统(Underground Logistics System,ULS)的运输与施工技术已趋于成熟,面向实施首先面临的就是ULS的运营问题,地下物流的安全可靠运行是保障其产生社会效益与经济效益的前提,因此对ULS运行的脆弱性进行了研究。本文从当前ULS的定位与特征分析,类比地铁、城市公交等相似系统,解析和定义ULS运行的脆弱性。地下物流的脆弱性分为设备设施脆弱性、服务系统脆弱性以及协同脆弱性三类,设备设施脆弱性以及服务系统脆弱性一般影响事故的初期,协同脆弱性使事故蔓延到整个运输系统。研究结论将有助于识别ULS网络的脆弱点和脆弱域,并为进一步深入研究ULS的脆弱性与运营问题提供理论依据。With the transport and construction technology of urban underground logistics system(ULS)being matured, The first problem facing the implementation is the operation of ULS. The underground logistics safe and reliable operation is the premise protecting their social and economic benefits. So the ULS operation vulnerability is necessary to study. From the angles of current ULS positioning and feature analysis, analoging subway, urban public transport and other similar systems, this paper analyze and define of ULS operation vulnerability. The vulnerability of underground logistics is divided into three categories: equipment vulnerability, service system vulnerability and synergistic vulnerability. The vulnerability of equipment and service systems generally affect the early stages of the accident. Synergistic vulnerability spreads the impact of the accident to the entire transport system.The conclusion of the study will help to identify the vulnerability and fragile domains of the ULS network and provide a theoretical basis for further study of the vulnerability and operational problems of ULS.
