摘  要:利用气流粉碎机粉碎普通白炭黑制备超细白炭黑,用激光粒度仪对超细白炭黑粒径进行实时监测,探讨了超细白炭黑粒径的影响因素。结果表明,压缩空气压力为0.5 MPa,给料量为200 kg/h,成品粒径较优,母料粒径越小有利于成品的粉碎,粉碎次数经成本等综合考虑为1~2次较优。因而在生产过程中可通过调节压缩风压力和喂料频率来生产不同粒度要求的超细白炭黑,以满足不同用户的需求。The airflow shredder was used to pulverize ordinary white carbon black to produce ultrafine white carbon black. The laser granularity meter was used to monitor the ultra-fine white carbon black particle in real time.The influence factors of ultrafine white carbon black particle were determined. The result showed that the compressed air pressure was 0. 5 MPa,the quantity of feed was 200 kg/h. The finished product was better. The smaller particle size was more favorable to pulverize the finished product. The number of pulverization depended on the cost. Therefore,by adjusting the pressure of compressed wind and feed frequency,ultrafine white carbon black could be produced in the production process to meet the needs of different users.
