水环境重点行业风险评估方法的研究及应用

摘　　要：针对辽河流域3 721家排放污染物质的企业,建立风险源识别的筛选指标和权重的计算方法,筛选出509个风险源;根据风险品数量、风险品毒性和风险事故发生的概率等因素提出风险源风险评估和分级方法,对辽河流域筛选出的509个风险源做了风险评估分级。Aiming at the 3 721 enterprises that discharge pollutants in Liaohe River Basin, the paper establishes the calculation method of screening index and weight for risk source identification, and screened 509 risk sources. According to the risk quantity and the toxicity of the risk goods and the probability of the risk accident, the risk source risk assessment and grading method are put forward, and the risk assessment and classification of 509 risk sources screened out in the Liaohe River Basin are made.
