超声检测右心室射血分数对重型α-地中海贫血胎儿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:研究超声检测右心室射血分数(RVEF)对重型α-地中海贫血(简称重型α-地贫)胎儿的诊断价值,以提高重型α-地贫胎儿的检出率。方法:通过超声检测不同孕期的70例重型α-地贫血胎儿的RVEF(重型α-地贫组),并与70例正常胎儿(对照组)进行比较,分析重型α-地贫胎儿与正常胎儿RVEF与孕周的关系。结果:正常胎儿RVEF(0.40~0.65)随着孕周的增加而无明显改变。重型α-地贫胎儿RVEF(0.15~0.61)与孕周呈负相关关系(r=-0.90,P<0.05)。重型α-地贫组RVEF明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:RVEF可作为评估重型α-地贫胎儿的一项重要指标。Objective：To study the value of ultrasound for the detection of right ventricular ejection fraction（RVEF）in patients with severeα-thalassemia.Methods：The RVEF of 70 fetuses with severeα-thalassemia and 70 healthy fetuses was detected by color doppler ultrasound.The association between RVEF and gestational age was analyzed.Results：The RVEF（0.40-0.65）of healthy fetuses did not change obviously with the increase of gestational age.The RVEF（0.15-0.61）was negatively correlated with gestational age in fetuses withα-thalassemia（r=-0.90,P〈0.05）.The RVEF of fetuses with severeα-thalassemia was lower than that of controls（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：RVEF could be used as an important index for evaluating severeα-thalassemia.
