摘  要:丝素蛋白是天然高分子材料,具有很好的生物相容性、生物降解性等优良的性能,在医药、食品和美容等领域具有很好的发展前景。本文阐述了丝素蛋白及其分别与天然生物蛋白、无机物、合成聚合物、碳纳米管和氧化石墨烯进行复合的制备技术、材料结构、性能以及研究发展趋势,介绍了丝素蛋白及其复合材料的不同制备机制,分析了制备方法与结构和材料性能之间的关系及不同材料间的相互作用机理,总结了其在组织工程、药物释放和抗凝血性等方面的应用,并提出丝素蛋白复合材料实现规模化生产、发展智能材料以及从基因层面对丝素蛋白进行重组改性方面的未来发展趋势。Silk fibroin is a natural polymer with biocompatibility,biodegradability and other excellent properties,which is a promising material in the fields of medicine,food and cosmetics,etc.In this work,the preparation techniques,material structure,properties and development trend for silk fibroin and its composites with natural biological protein,inorganic material,synthetic polymer,carbon nanotube and graphene oxide were introduced,respectively.The preparation principles of materials were explained,with an emphasis on the relationship between preparation methods and properties.The interaction mechanism between individual composites was analyzed,and the application on tissue engineering,drug application,anticoagulant materials and other aspects were also summarized.According to the key factors which restrict the research and development of silk fibroin and its composites,the promising future development ways were proposed,for example,realizing the scale production,developing the intelligent materials and restructuring modification of silk fibroin from the gene aspect.
