摘  要:采用高效离子交换法制备K_2SiF_6:Mn^(4+)荧光粉,研究不同K/Mn原料摩尔比和不同反应时间对K_2SiF_6:Mn^(4+)荧光粉结构及性能的影响,并采用溶胶-凝胶法对制备的K_2SiF_6:Mn^(4+)荧光粉表面包覆SiO_2来提高K_2SiF_6:Mn^(4+)荧光粉的热稳定性。通过XRD,SEM,EDS,PL等方法对样品结构、表面形貌、元素组成和发光性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:当K与Mn原料摩尔比为43∶38,反应8h制备的K_2SiF_6:Mn^(4+)荧光粉样品具有立方晶系结构并且发光性能最优,在460nm的蓝光激发下,最强窄带发射峰位于630nm处(2Eg→4 A2)。包覆后的K_2SiF_6:Mn^(4+)红色荧光粉的表面上包覆了一层无定形的SiO_2,晶体结构没有改变。包覆前后荧光粉的发光性能测试结果表明包覆SiO_2的K_2SiF_6:Mn^(4+)样品的热稳定性得到改善。K2SiF6:Mn^4+phosphor was prepared by wet chemical etching,and the effect of the raw material molar ratio of K/Mn of different materials and different reaction time on the structure and properties of phosphor was studied,the surface of K2SiF6:Mn^4+was coated with SiO2 to improve the thermal stability of K2SiF6:Mn^4+phosphor by sol-gel method.The structure,morphology,excitation spectrum and emission spectrum of phosphor powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that the change of K/Mn ratio does not change the crystal structure of K2SiF6:Mn^4+,the sample has cubic structure.At 460 nm excitation,the strongest narrowband emission peak is located at 630 nm(^2 Eg→^4 A2).The crystal structure of K2SiF6:Mn^4+phosphor coated with SiO2 has not been changed.The results show that the thermal stability of the K2SiF6:Mn^4+phosphor coated with SiO2 is improved.
