摘 要:以二月兰种子为材料,采用室内培养皿发芽方法,统计其萌发指标并测量幼苗生长指标,以研究^(60)Co-γ射线对二月兰种子萌发及早期幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在0~4 000 Gy范围内,随着辐射剂量的增加,种子萌发指标和幼苗地上生长均呈现下降趋势,在0~2 000 Gy范围内变化幅度较小,至2 500 Gy时出现急剧下降;地下生长则呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在500 Gy时地下生长略高于对照,根冠比显著提高。总体而言,辐射对地下部分的抑制作用显著高于地上部分。The effects of ^60Co-γ ray on the seed germination and early seedling growth of Orychophragmus violaeeus were studied by using the method of indoor petri dish, the germination index and the seedling growth index were measured. The results showed that the germination index and aboveground growth of the seedlings decreased with the increase of radiation dose in the range of 0 -4 000 Gy,and the change range was very small in the range of 0 -2000 Gy, but decreased sharply at 2500 Gy. Underground growth showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing. The underground growth was higher than that of the control at 500 Gy, and the root/shoot ratio was significantly increased. Overall the inhibition of radiation on the underground part was significantly higher than that of the aboveground part.
