摘　　要：本文围绕企业法务管理系统展开研究,提出了课题研究的主要背景,指出了课题研究的主要目标与应用价值,并分析了企业法务管理过程中存在的一些问题。将企业法务管理过程中涉及的合同、法律事务、印章等核心业务以系统化、流程化、标准化的方式进行统一管理,优化了法务管理模式,提高了管理效率。This paper focuses on the enterprise legal management system puts forward the main background of the subject,and some problems existing in the process of the enterprise legal management would be analyzed here. The characteristics of this paper are reflected in the centralized management of the core business such as contracts,legal affairs,and seals involved in the process of corporate legal management,which has been optimized in a systematic,streamlined,and standardized way.
