摘　　要：本文简述了在院内公共卫生信息系统(简称"公卫系统平台")整体升级改造的带动下,检验危急值报警系统的应用实践与搭建危急值短信快报平台的方式方法。利用信息化手段优化公共卫生辅助检查的结果反馈机制,使原本单向的检验流程形成闭环,从而促进公共卫生管理水平升级,有效提高基层公共卫生在应对大批量化验项目时的数据处理能力。This paper briefly describes the application of the critical value alarm system and the way to build the newsletter express platform driven by the upgrading of the public health information system in the hospital. The use of information technology to optimize the public health examination results of the feedback mechanism,so that the original one-way inspection process to form a closed loop,so as to promote the upgrading of the level of public health management,effectively improve the laboratory project in response to the mass data processing ability of basic public health.
