摘 要:生物柴油是绿色可再生的新型能源,其大力发展可有效解决世界能源危机带来的一些难题。目前,生物柴油的制备方法主要有酸碱催化、超临界法、酶催化等。由于碱催化中固体碱催化剂容易回收,可重复使用,产品无需水洗和无三废排放,反应条件温和,反应速率快,成本低,在工业上具有很大的发展潜力和良好的应用前景。展望了生物柴油发展前景及其催化剂的发展方向。Biodiesel is a green and renewable new energy source. Its vigorous development can effectively solve someof the difficulties brought by the world energy crisis. At present, the preparation methods of biodiesel mainly include acid-base catalysis, supercritical method, and enzyme catalysis. Because the alkali catalyst in alkali catalysis is easy to recycleand to be reused, the product does not need to be washed with water and no three wastes are discharged. The reactionconditions are mild, the reaction rate is fast, the cost is low, and it has great development potential and good applicationprospect in the industry. The development of biodiesel and its development direction of the catalyst were prospected.
