摘  要:催化剂体系是聚丙烯工业发展的核心技术。传统催化剂对分子量调节剂氢气的反应活性低,难以直接制备高熔指聚丙烯,通常采用过氧化物降解法制备的产品白度低、气味大,不能满足高端需求。新型的氢调法采用对氢气敏感的催化体系,制备的聚丙烯熔指大,气味低,性能优良,加工性良好,可用于制备低气味低VOC的汽车内饰产品。Catalyst system is the core technology of polypropylene industry development. Traditional catalyst has lowreactivity to molecular weight regulator hydrogen, and it is difficult to directly prepare high melt polypropylene. Generally,the products prepared by peroxide degradation method are low in whiteness and odorless, and can not meet the high-enddemand. The hydrogen sensitive catalytic system is adopted in the hydrogen transfer process, which has the characteristicsof high quality, low odor, excellent performance and good workability, and can be used for the preparation of low odor andlow VOC automotive interior products.
