摘  要:分析了炼油循环冷却水系统物料泄漏时对循环冷却水水质的影响,通过对循环冷却水水质的变化特征查找并切出泄露源。泄露物促使了微生物的大量滋生,通过投加非氧化性杀菌剂和黏泥剥离剂等强化杀菌措施保障循环冷却水系统的快速恢复,通过强化循环水余氯值的监控及早发现水质异常,并及早介入水质异常管理,以保障系统的安全运行。The influence of material leakage to the circulating cooling water quality in refinery circulating coolingwater system was analyzed, and the leakage source was found and cut out by analyzing the characteristics ofcirculating cooling water quality. The leakage contributed to the growth of microbes. The rapid recovery of circulatingwater system was ensured by adding non oxidizing bactericide and slime peeling agents to ensure the rapid recovery ofthe circulating cooling water system. By monitoring the residual chlorine value, the changing of the water quality wasdiscovered early, and the water quality control was intervened early to ensure the safe operation of the circulatingcooling water system.
