摘  要:研究具有三转子结构的航空无刷同步发电机冷却流场情况,通过FLUENT仿真模拟发电机的全流场域流体分布规律。建立发电机三维物理模型与流场求解域模型,根据发电机实际工况确定数值模型和边界条件。通过对比FLUENT仿真结果与试验数据及理论计算结果,证明了仿真结果的可信性,根据所得流场分布规律对发电机通风结构设计提出一些有益的参考建议。In order to analyze cooling fluid field of Air brushless synchronous generator with three rotors, the regularities of fluid distribution in whole field of generator is solved based on FLUENT. This paper makes the 3-D model of generator and the model of fluid domains and then confirms the numerical mode and boundary conditions in view of actual working condition of generator. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results and the experimental results, which verifies the correctness of the FLUENT simulation. The research results can provide reference for the optimization design of the generator ventilation system.
