摘 要:Halbach阵列永磁电机的气隙磁场相对于一般的永磁同步电机正弦性更好,转矩输出性能更优秀,对气隙磁场进行准确的计算是其后续设计、计算和优化的基础。本文提出了一种采用主辅极不等厚磁极来优化不均匀Halbach阵列性能的电机模型,以2:1的主辅极比例厚度为例,推导出了计及极间隔断的不等厚磁极Halbach永磁电机的径向气隙磁场解析解,该模型在有限元软件中得到了验证。在此基础上对比了在若干组常见的永磁体所占角度配比下,等厚磁极Halbach电机和不等厚磁极Halbach电机的齿槽转矩、磁场畸变率等性能指标,发现了不等厚度磁极Halbach型永磁电机在削弱齿槽转矩和降低磁场畸变率方面的明显优势。Compared to ordinary PMSM, the airgap magnetic field of Halbach PMSM has a better performance of sine and output torque performance. An accurate airgap magnetic field calculation is the foundation of its follow-up design, calculation and optimization. In this paper, a motor model was proposed to optimize the performance of non-uniform Halbach arrays by using the unequal thick permanent on the main and anxiliary poles. Taking the ratio of 2:1 main and auxiliary poles as an example, we deduced the analytical solution of the radial airgap magnetic field of the Halbach PMSM with different thickness which the interrupt of the poles was taken into account, and then themodel was validated in finite element software. On the basis of this, we compared the performance indexes such as the cogging torque and the magnetic field distortion rate of the unequal thickness permanent magnets Halbach motor and the equal thickness ones under the common angle ratio of the Halbach PMSM. It is found that the unequal thickness ones has a significant advantage in weakening cogging torque and reducing magnetic field distortion.
