摘 要:本文以某核电厂百万千瓦半速发电机调试及运行期间多次出现的轴电流误报警问题为例,对汽轮机叶片静电脉冲产生轴电流的机理进行了建模仿真,对因轴电压参考接地点设计不当可能造成轴电流测量回路干扰进行了理论分析和现场实测。证实了该报警问题根源在于电流的采集和传输回路,由此提出了改进机组轴电流测量系统准确度的有效措施,提高了核电厂发电机安全稳定运行水平。Taking false alarm problem of shaft current as an example, which occurred several times during the commissioning and operation of a half-speed generator with capacity of millions kilowatts in a nuclear power plant, modeling and simulation are carried out on the turbine blade to study the mechanism of shaft current caused by electrostatic pulse. The disturbance which may arise in the shaft current measurement circuit due to shaft voltage reference grounding design problems is analyzed and tested on site. It is confinned that the root cause of false alarm is in current sampling and transmission circuit. Therefore, several effective steps to improve the shaft-current level are proposed, which can improve the safety and stability of the nuclear power plant ruiming.
